Kimberly A. Benjamin, is the HR Director for Dunamis Clean Energy Partners, LLC. As the HR Director, she is responsible for keeping the organization compliant with employment laws. Some of her main responsibilities are developing policies, recruitment & selection, employee relations, strategic planning, training and development as well as keeping the leadership compliant with HR employment laws.
Kimberly is a licensed and certified professional with over 30 years of experience in her field. She is also a State of Michigan Personnel Agent, Certified Employee Retention Professional (CERP), Certified Business Solutions Professional (CBSP), Certified Fred Pryor & CareerTrack Workshop Instructor, Certified Human Resource Professional (PHR and SHRM-CP) and highly sought after Master HR Compliance Coach, Author, Speaker, and HR Thought Leader.

Description:
This position may require you to dust, sweep, shovel, mop, and or operate a fire hose. This position requires the cleaning building and or offices. You may also be expected to properly use and maintain any machines that you may be trained on. You may also be expected to work in hot, wet, and or dirty environments. Winter months may require you to shovel snow and salt walkways. You will also be expected to follow any and all safety measures and report any unusual conditions to your superior.
Fuel Supply Job Responsibilities:
· Gear up for the days job
· Receive and follow all direction
· Wash from the top floor hitting all ceilings, beams, walls, etc.
· Avoid direct spray on any electronics
· Disconnect hoses
· Roll up hoses and pick up all gear
· Shovel and salt walkways and entrances as necessary
